Blue Cross was excellent. Very knowledgeable about cats generally and their behaviour, but also specifically about the kitten we adopted. Offered a lot of helpful advice and reassurance, particularly in relation to our two children. We dealt with Katie mostly (also Matt on one visit) and both were fantastic.

Great team. We've visited before to donate sheets/blankets and were made to feel welcome.

Facility is run by caring and knowledgeable individuals and the animals looked to be benefitting from their care.

Our two kittens have adapted well to their environment (as the staff had predicted) and our young daughter loves spending as much time with them as possible.
