I gave my 14 year old dog up due to my disabilities becoming to much, I thought she would have a better life, she had a full bill of clean health from Cromwells prior to going to intake. I made them promise one thing many times before I made the choice to give her up and that was they would let me know BEFORE if they had to put her to sleep so I could be there. Today they emailed me to say they had put her to sleep after they had done it. I am in utter shock. Seems it was cancer and they could have waited for me to come in and be there with her at the end so she wasn't alone with strangers. Now they are not replying about her remains. These people are utterly evil, do not trust them, I am now looking at suing them for breach of promise.
