As we were matched with our beautiful Tess (Chess) I couldn't answer the question about not being matched.
The staff were so wonderful and allowed Tess time to decide if she wanted to live with us. I am glad to say that Tess made the right decision and has been a fantastic addition to our family.
I can't praise the blue cross and their staff enough as they gave us the gift of love, from them and from Tess.Review by: MikeHughes

I have adopted from Blue Cross Cats Rehoming Hertfordshire before therefore didn’t hesitate to visit/contact the centre when I decided I was ready to adopt again after the loss of my cat in 2021
The whole experience was efficient - professional and very helpful.
Received a warm welcome on arrival & follow up contact/information regarding taking my new adoption home was excellent.
She is now a happy healthy very mischievous cat & I look forward to many years of companionship etc…..

We were warmly welcomed and giving the opportunity to find out what it means to adopt a pet. We were giving the opportunity to see our adopted pet and to ask as many questions we felt was needed with all aspects of its needs, - e.g. what they eat, how to create a good enviroment for our cat to thrive and be happy, what he will eat, the importance of providing play resources, what resources we will need to get, his medical history. We were very much supported and it made the transition from taking the cat from the rehoming centre to our home a very smooth one both for our cat and us. .

Totally wonderful rescue. Very thorough in making sure me and my home were the right fit for the cat I applied to adopt. They were prompt in responding to my request (within 14 hours in this instance), polite and professional. The staff are friendly and helpful and gave me accurate information on my chosen companion. I was made aware that they were always on hand to offer guidance and support if needed. I send updates on my cats progress and they are always pleased to hear about him. He was taken excellent care of and his room was clean and tidy and had lots of sensory toys to keep him occupied.

Naomi at Blue Cross Hertfordshire was absolutely fantastic through every step of adopting our wonderful cat, Teddy. She was polite, professional and so knowledgeable. She helped us move through the process quickly and kept us informed at every part of our application/adoption. The centre itself was clean, tidy and each animal we passed seemed really content there.
There was so much support offered following the adoption too, including contact for Blue Cross's behaviour unit.
Absolutely brilliant - I would 100% recommend going to Blue Cross for pet adoption.Review by: Teddy23

The Blue Cross Hertfordshire Rehoming Centre were amazing, incredibly responsive to our questions and I felt that they really cared about the animals in their care. This is the first time that we have rehomed a dog and they were incredibly helpful and thoughtful, as well as getting back with answers to questions as we had them. I can't speak highly enough of the Blue Cross in Hertfordshire.

We felt supported by the team at Blue Cross throughout the whole adoption process of rehoming our new family member, 11 week old Sparkle!
The YouTube/video links from the cats/kittens perspective helped us to be fully aware of how overwhelming a new home can be. This coupled with extensive supporting documents and constant clarification of every detail has meant that we have been able to create a comfortable, safe environment for Sparkle. We are so thrilled and happy to have been able to visit/interact/have sufficient time to get to know our new pet and her us! I can’t recommend Blue Cross highly enough! We were very impressed by the professionalism of the Blue Cross as an organisation and by the staff members at Kimpton who showed such love to the animals in their care. We were made fully aware of the needs of the dogs which we intended to adopt and were able to spend plenty of time getting to know them in different situations ( on a walk, in a secure paddock so that they could run off lead, and in a 'home' setting), all before making that vital decision on whether we were all going to get on well together.
We feel truly lucky to have found the Blue Cross, and our dogs in particular, and can recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who is thinking of offering a new home to a pet.Review by: Angela Williams

We have just rehomed 2 Lhasa Apso dogs from this rehoming centre. All the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and it made the rehoming process enjoyable. All the animals were well looked after and had a good relationship with the staff. I like the way you have to register interest in an animal before meeting them unlike some of the other rescue centres. The only thing they could do differently is that when we have rehomed from elsewhere they have done some training with you to ensure you can handle the dog. We are looking forward to settling in our new family members!

I wasn't really aware of the Blue Cross Hertfordshire Centre in Kimpton, until I began looking to adopt a cat.
Their adoption process was really informed, controlled and efficient, and was completed online before visiting the centre. I was invited to meet my selected feline friend, but we didn't get on at all.
That was abit demorilising at first, but I did get on really well with a new arrival in a couple of cages down. I spent some quality time with Oliver, reading up on his background and I knew immediately that I could offer him a fresh start in beautiful and safe surroundings, and agreed that I would like to adopt this little fella if I was allowed to. A week later I returned to sign and formalise the adoption, and to take Olly Bob to his new home.
A week later, he is so at ease, relaxed and getting used to the household routine. In a couple of weeks he'll also be enjoying the rural surroundings outside.
I think he likes it here, and I love him being here... Thanks to Blue Cross at Kimpton.Review by: Dawn

We recently adopted two handsome mature Border Collie dogs from Kimpton Blue Cross Centre, Herts, who came as a pair. The staff were extremely professional in their approach/advice and all the Blue Cross paperwork was informative and helpful. We were impressed by all the staff's commitment to the animals in their care and how they sensitively supported us during all our matching visits; walking with us and answering our queries knowledgeably. The dogs were clearly loved at the kennels. We are thrilled to bits with our boys; they have settled well and this is as a result, I'm sure, of the excellent care they received at Kimpton. We have life-long access to their ongoing post-adoption support servive which is wonderful. I would definitely recommend Blue Cross to anyone who is looking to home a rescue dog.

We chose Millie from Northian which unfortunately closed - she was moved to Hertfordshire and she came home to us in October 2016. She is was and still is a bold kitten of 5.5 months old, has a crazy personality and is so loving. When we went to collect her, we spent some time getting to know her in the open pen. When she came home she settled in very quickly and we bought her all the same tunnels and toys she had at the re-homing centre. Having had two cats before I wondered how she would settle, but she is absolutely fine. She runs about, eats well, loves cuddles and is attached to each and every member of our family. She is a character and gives Millie kisses. Today she has gone into the vets to be spayed. She is a very special member of our family and as crazy as she can be, we would not be without her. The re-homing centre were fabulous with updates before we got her, and have asked for photos and an update since we got her. Rescue centres do such good work for animal - we thought long and hard about kitten v cat and with the dynamics of our family, Millie was the perfect fit. Thank you.

We rescued a cross breed who had been cared for by Blue Cross due to him having Parvo virus and being emaciated. He was nursed at their hospital in London before being put up for adoption. As he had been taken from his mother too early we received lots of advice on mouthing and nutrition -all of this reassured us that we could offer the best loving home possible. This puppy means the world to us and I am so grateful to Blue Cross for pulling him through. If we win the pet food we would like to donate it to Blue Cross Kimpton to thank them.
We have since been back to the same centre and rehomed a rabbit as we know that we receive the best advice and service from Blue Cross.Review by: MrsP

The Blue Cross centre staff in Kimpton, Herts were very professional and welcoming.
The animals seemed healthy and happy and the environment was clean enough so that it was presentable but not so clean that you suspected the animals didn't have any fun!
From my first visit to collection we were given honest and helpful advice. At times, there was some repetition when we saw different members of the team but this is just because they want to process to work well.
Our dog Josh was identified by a member of staff as a suitable dog for us and he was the first one we met. Blue Cross were right in their assessment of his suitability as he has settled in well and largely ignores our 2 cats and 2 bunnies!
The process was thorough and we quite rightly had to prove that we had a suitable home and lifestyle.
I can thoroughly recommend the warmth and professionalism of the Kimpton centre!Review by: Bezza

It was such a pleasant experience. We had searched many rescues and looked at numerous dogs, but we felt that other charities were more like a production line, where the blue cross was very much no rush no haste and we could take our time deciding if our dog was right for us. We were advised on his needs and had lengthy talks on what would be best for him and his behaviour needs. The staff were very professional and understood each and individual dogs requirements, so much so, when we returned with our now much larger and much different looking dog, they were quick to recognise him from across the center, welcoming us as family. We could not recommend blue cross Hertfordshire any higher and we will always return for more animals.

We had a very positive experience in every way, from first contact to collecting our kitten to bring him home. It was obvious to us that the animals at the centre were very well cared for, and that their welfare was of the utmost importance and concern. The animals were kept in very clean, warm and comfortable surroundings, and all seemed content and happy.
Since bringing our kitten home, we have had follow-up emails from our kitten's carer, and we know that we can contact him if we need any more help or advice. He talked us through our care plan for our kitten and made sure we understood everything. Thank you, Blue Cross, for the work you do.

We visited a few different rehoming centers before we rescued our little Ruby the GSD cross from the Blue cross kimpton but none of them came across as nice as this one, the whole process was great and we were made to feel very welcome. we really liked that we could spend as long as we wanted with her before we had to decide (we knew instantly tho) we spent 2.5hrs with her on our 1st visit. they have a hut made to look and feel like a home with sofas etc in so you can get a feel of what its like to have your dog at home which was nice.

I had already 'bumped into' my new kitty when I was visiting my vet with my dog. A lady from the Blue Cross was there with two tiny unwell kittens, getting them assessed. I fell in love with them. I had already been on the waiting list at the Blue Cross for one or two kittens so I contacted them to express my interest in these two. They were unwell for a while and one had to be put down sadly. When she was well and big enough, I visited Bonnie and fell in love. I was able to bring her home the following week once all my family had seen her. Best decision ever. She's lovely and gets on with my dog brilliantly following some excellent integration advice given by the centre. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They rescued my kitty, made her better and then gave her to me with lots of support.

The people working as the centre were careful about the puppy and my new ownership. They went to great lengths to ensure the situation was right for a new puppy to live in which I appreciated, they also ensured I fully knew what I was getting into and offered on-going back up support.
I would have liked a blanket or something belonging to the puppy to take home with me, and I would have gladly paid for it. I thought taking a puppy into a completely new environment with new everything was a bit scary for the puppy. As it is he has settled well.
The Blue Cross workers have asked for updates and I think that is lovely of them to remain interested in the puppy's welfare.

Adopting Millie was a very smooth and easy operation. I visited her in her home with a Blue Cross helper to talk to her previous owner and agree that all parties would be happy with the adoption. I then went to the Blue Cross centre (which wasn't easy to find - a few signposts would be useful along the country lanes!) to pick her up. She had been checked over by the vet before being handed over. All paperwork was discussed and advice was given about next vaccination, worming and de-fleaing. We have never owned a cat before and we were helped through what was needed and what would suit us best. We viewed several and liked a pair of sisters, so it was agreed to reserve them and go back a few days later to visit them again along with small blankets to place in their pens so they could get used to our smell, there was no pressure to hurry. I called up explaining I wanted to give a cat a new home. Informing them the cat would have to be happy living with two very small friendly dogs. They immediately mentioned a cat by the name of "Magic" who was totally black. Although I was initially after a ginger tom, the Bluecross assured me to meet Magic and see how lovely and friendly he was.
Immediately, I was so taken by this wonderfully friendly happy loving black cat. We've renamed him Bagheera (after the black panther in Jungle Book). He is a wonderful addition to our family ;0)Review by: Sonja

The centre were very knowledgeable and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to make the adoption process straight forward We visited several centres in our area and this was by far the best. The kitten we have adopted is a really star and she has settled in well to our family.

Fantastic rescue centre and staff, they are dedicated and work hard. You can tell that they have a great relationship with their 'guests'. We fell in love with Cassius, a boxer, and wanted to give him his forever home. The staff were warm, knowledgable and professional. It was obvious that they care for all the pets waiting to be rehomed.

We're so impressed with the lovely, lovely staff! We were so disheartened and missing a huge dog shaped hole in our lives, and after searching for a few weeks, we made a visit to blue cross in kimpton. Never were we expecting to find the most helpful, informative and caring staff and come away with our perfect little celeb radio star, Dylan! We're so in love we could never thank them enough! x

Superb, lovely, lovely staff who were extremely helpful and understanding. After explaining what sort of dog we were looking for to make our family complete we have ended up with a beautiful dog who is absolutely perfect for us. We were given lots of help and information, and feel we have support if needed. From start to finish it has been a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend this dog rehoming centre.

The Blue Cross Herts made the whole process of adopting our kitten very easy. Staff were all helpful, informative, kind and really took their time to go through all we needed to know as Mille was our first cat. We were given plenty of advice and got time to spend and play with different cats before we chose her. We found the centre very clean and animals clearly well looked after and loved! Thank you!

We gave Felix a forever home last Friday. He had come into the Blue Cross in a litter of three and was unused to being handled. By the time we took him home he was completely used to being handled, was in excellent health. He settled in within a couple of hours thanks to the time and care they spent. The Blue Cross is immaculately clean and the staff are very welcoming. They know the history of the animals and cannot do enough to help.

Joe & Lucy were amazing (As were all other staff)
Everything about Birdie was explained and we had 3 visits before Joe & Lucy were happy that our family was a good match for her. This was after 2 visits to see another dog, who was too worried by my young Lab for us to rehome. (Joe then phoned us to ask if we were interested in seeing Birdie) If you are looking to adopt an animal make this your first port of call.Review by: Martin Currie

Having looked on many other adoption websites, I decided upon the Blue Cross, primarily because of their excellent reputation, but also because the selection of animals up for re-homing was not as extensive as other sites; each animal had clear photographs and detailed information.
The website also has an instant online adoption form to submit once a pet is chosen and, moreover, the animals featured, are the animals available.
The centre contacted me the next day and the whole adoption process took under a week.
I can not praise the staff enough, friendly, professional and informative.
The animals are ready to go - micro chipped, castrated, vaccinated, (inc. fleas and worms), bag of food and insured for a month. Brilliant.Review by: Chimbo

I found the staff to be very caring and had the welfare of their animals as top priority. The facilities were clean and very friendly. I also like the way they asked to be kept informed as to the pet's homing process, i.e. how they settle in, and also offered forever behavioural advice for the dog.

I was delighted with all aspects of our adoption of our lovely two rabbits, Baz and Thomas. From our initial enquiry to the day we took them home, all the staff were friendly, professional and so supportive. The animals were clearly really well cared for and had lovely accommodation. We were given lots of advice about caring for and bonding with our rabbits, and staff were sensitive about establishing whether we could provide the right home for the bunnies but were clearly keen to make sure we could look after them properly. Their vetinary care while with the centre had been very thorough. It's very reassuring to be able to contact the blue cross again should we have any questions or problems. We were even sent home with some of their food and bedding to help them settle in. Overall I couldn't recommend the blue cross centre highly enough, it's an amazing place staffed by some very kind and knowledgeable people.

After my 15 year old dog was euthanised, I visited The Blue Cross Hertfordshire Rehoming Centre to rehome a young dog, and would like to report that the service provided far surpassed my expectations, and I sincerely hope that all other rehoming centres are of a similar high quality.
The staff are considerate, helpful, and above all display a great affection towards all of the animals in their care. They are also incredibly knowledgeable regarding dog care in general, as well as having a solid understanding of each dogs circumstances and personality.
The centre itself is clean, yet homely and comfortable, without feeling at all clinical or cold. It is set in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside which is a wonderful environment for the animals to be in during what is undoubtedly a stressful time for them, particularly those that have come in due to unpleasant circumstances.
My dog was not ready to be rehomed the first day I met her, as she was booked in to be spayed the following week, which was followed by a period of recuperation. As a result of this, I visited the centre every day for two weeks, spending around 4 or 5 hours at a time with her. Throughout this time I never saw anything other than a clean, relaxing, warm environment, in which the animals were treated with the absolute highest quality of care and the utmost kindness.
I can not recommend the Blue Cross Hertfordshire Rehoming Centre enough, and as a result of my experience, I will be making a monthly donation to the Blue Cross from here on.
Well done to all staff involved, and I hope that the centre remains well funded so that they can continue to do such an incredible job!Review by: joerowe

We were welcomed warmly and asked to fill out a form regarding which animal we were interested in. We were shown to the catery and introduced to the cats and kittens. We were advised as to which ones had already had interest in. At the time there were no cats available but they said to keep checking their website for updates. A few hours later we received a call from them to say that one of the kittens had become available. We were invited to come and spend some time with her. We were absolutely certain that she was the kitten for us and the blue cross requested that my husband come for a visit to make sure he was on board with the adoption...luckily he was!, they asked about the cat we already had incase he was agressive towards other cats but he is so laid back, and the centre were happy with this. Two days after our first visit we brought our kitten home. The centre asked £50 for her this included her first vaccination, micro chipping and a full check over with their vet. We were also given some pouches of food that the centre had been feeding her and they asked what kitty litter we were using (we used catsan) but at the centre they used wood pellets, they were very kind and gave us some to mix in just in case she didn't like using the catsan. Our kitten (called Athena) has been with us just over a week now. I would highly recommend the Blue cross. It shows that they are dedicated to the animals buy how they interact with them and care for them.

This was my first visit to Blue Cross and I was delighted with the surroundings and staff. I was even called on my way to the Centre as the dog I had come up to see had been castrated the day before and was on light exercise and could not go for a walk.
We were given a warm welcome and shown into the home room for our initial visit and told about the history of the dog, any personality problems and medical issues. They are very keen to ensure the dog is matched to your exact requirements.
We decided to reserve a dog after a walk so were taken to the adoption room for the necessary initial paperwork and arranged to collect him in 3 days. I forgot to take photos so called on the way home and I had an email with one attached within the hour.
The collection process was also very smooth with all his paperwork being discussed along with his care plan for the coming week.
I can honestly say the whole experience was a joy and we now have a fantastic new member of the family.
I have no concerns about contacting them if I require support and they have also requested I send photo's and an update in a few weeks so they know that he is settled.

We picked up Poppy, our new dog, on our 4th visit to the shelter. We decided that we wanted to adopt her as soon as we met and then had two 'getting to know each other' visits before we brought her home. The service was excellent and the staff caring and professional. Not only were they helpful and informative on site but they kept in touch by 'phone letting us know how Poppy was doing and checking that we were still interested and when we were going to visit. I was confident that Poppy had been expertly assessed and would be what we wanted in a dog. She has proved to be that and more. The whole procedure was enjoyable and it was clear that ensuring that a dog would be happy and safe in its new home and that the adopters happy with the dog were of the highest priority. I thoroughly recommend this shelter to anybody looking to adopt an animal.

Having had pedigree dogs for the last 25 years, I wanted a crossbreed puppy hoping that it will be healthier, and live longer (fingers crossed). Being an experienced dog owner the centre were still careful to interview the whole family including our other dog, to see whether we were suitable for the puppy in question. I found all the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. We have since been in touch by email, and also sent some photo's as they are keen to see her progress and what she's growing into.

Staff on first visit were very friendly and helpful. I made a second visit to see the kitten with my teenage son and again the staff member was very friendly and said I could pop back anytime to visit the kitten as he was young and couldn't be re-homed immediately. I popped back once or twice a week to get to know him and unfortunately he became poorly The staff still let me see him and kept me well informed. After a few weeks he was able to come home and has flourished and given the family lots of fun and love. This was my second kitten from Blue Cross, my first had recently died at the age of 14 years due to a blood clot. I have nothing but praise for the staff at the Kimpton, Hertfordshire branch. I adopted two bonded rabbits on 3/6/13 from the Kimpton Blue Cross rescue centre in Herts and received excellent service from the initial viewing to the adoption. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I didn't feel rushed and spent a few days thinking over my decision. The rabbits were in very good health having had a complete health check by the vet and both rabbits were spayed, vaccinated and microchipped prior to adoption. I'm delighted with my new pets with would highly recommend the Blue Cross to any potential adopters. Adoption: June 2013

I put in an application via the website, was called the next day and arranged a visit. Each time I visited my dog (she couldnt leave the centre for a month due to being in season) I was met by a friendly member of staff who were always expecting me. My dog was brought straight round for me to take for a walk without any hanging around. The staff were polite and friendly, the premises were clean, calm and well organised. On the day I was due to take my dog home I had plenty of time to go through things and ask any questions. I have now had my dog just over a month and she has been exactly as described by the centre. We are having a great time together and she is settling in very well. The only minor administration issue I have had has been with the microchipping card I was given in the pet profile pack. I hadnt heard anything from PetLog as the card said, so I called them and they said the microchip number wasnt registered with them, it was registered with another company called PetProtect- which has all proved a bit complicated to sort out but I hope it is now all dealt with.
I am delighted with my new dog and look forwards to a long and happy life together. Adoption: July 2013 -

A friend recommended Blue Cross when we said we wanted to adopt a cat. We found the whole process simple, well explained and delicately handled. The only problem is that its hard to walk away with only one!
We were given a helpful pack and plenty of advice/leaflets to help our new arrival settle in smoothly.
Staff really care about the animals in their care and it comes across in all they do.
I'd recommend giving a cat from a centre a home to everyone, it's brought so much pleasure to our family. Would definitely do it again. Adoption: Feb 2013 -

The staff were very helpful and knowledgable. There was always a number of members of staff around to help. This is so important to make sure people find the right pet for them. The pack they give you is also useful with your pets information and other bits to help. I would probably suggest signs on the way to the centre might make it easier to find. I would recommend others adopt from here. Very helpful and supportive. Especially with tips with introducing him to our other animals. Adoption: 2012

I resided at the blue cross for only a short time
but thought my accommodation was really quite fine.
The staff were hard working and caring too
But more volunteers would make less work for a few.
The food was nice and the walks were divine
And in no time at all they found me a family that were MINE a MINE .
I love my new family and they love me
I will send some piccies soon so you can see.
I get plenty of play and a long walk each day
What more can a Jack Russell Terrier say?
Except a BIG THANK YOU to all at Blue Cross, Hert
For giving me a brand new start. Adoption: 2012

We were after a young cat and thought we would visit the Blue Cross in Kimpton to see what the place was like and speak to the staff about what we were after.
On the first visit they didn't have what we were after, but were able to offer advice on what to look for and would inform us if they got any new cats in that suited us.
A few days later we noticed a nice looking cat named Hugo on the website, he seemed just what we were looking for.
We visited the next day to meet the cat and fell in love with him as soon as we opened his door.
Second day home now and he has settled in as our newest member of the family.
We would definitely recommend the Blue Cross as they were looking after the animals so well and the staff were excellent. Adoption: 2012 -

Saw our little cat on the website on a Sunday night and went to meet her Monday afternoon. Loved having the opportunity to observe and play with her before making a decision. Staff were brilliant at making sure we were right for her and vice versa. They were initially worried that she was young and we are not in the first flush of youth, but, reassurance from us over our past experience and excellent support network of family and friends, sealed the deal. She made herself at home from the very first day and has settled in extremely well. We had a couple of worries over her feeding regime over the first few days and staff at Kimpton couldn't have been more helpful and caring. She is a delight and has given us both a new lease of life. Would thoroughly recommend adoption. Adoption: 2012

We adopted a beautiful adult cat who was quite shy and timid. All at Blue Cross were excellent and were quite right about how she would develop. In the last 3 months she has gone from a quite, shy, nervous cat to a "talkative" girl who is happy to go out, not nervous of the other cats in the road. She really know what she wants! Thanks to all at Blue Cross who really went out of their way to ensure we got the right cat for us! Adoption: 2012

From our first visit to Kimpton, we were always treated well and were guided through the adoption process with kindness. The staff were clearly keen to ensure that the right dog was placed with the right home and after a few visits, we received a phone call to ask us to come and see a recent arrival. It was always made clear that we didn't have to take that dog but she was so lovely, how could we not !!! The dog (which we have adopted) fits in with our family circumstances perfectly and we all love her. This connect we are sure is down to the staff's knowledge of animals, thorough checking of the donor family and of the adopting family and encouragement of the latter to visit/walk the potential adoptee as often as possible prior to taking home. We also found the large pen at Kimpton to be a great asset for getting to know our dog. The staff were very helpful in the handover and were able to guide us (being complete dog novices ourselves !!). We also felt the 'family room' was great and the grounds/kennels for the animals were beautifully clean and odour-free and so felt happy that the dogs had all been happy whilst there. Adoption: 2011

Kimpton branch got to know us very well, we showed them pictures of our other cats we have had over the years. We had already picked "Little Ginge " as he was called on the website then went in and explained that we would like to see him. All the staff were wonderful and we spent time with the cat, able to play with him and him getting to know us. When he
"chatted " to us we were hooked. As it was Bonfire Night a few days later, they mentioned that it would be better for the cat to stay put at Kimpton then we could take him home after that. Which was a very good idea. They had got the cats best interest at heart knowing that it would be very stressful for him with the noise of the fireworks as well as going to a new home. They interact with the animals beautifully, Little Ginge was quite comfortable jumping on the units in the cattery and being nosey wanting to know what they were doing. Very well cared for. We were given 1 months pet insurance and tins of cat food which he had been fed on in the cattery. Their love of the animals shone through in what they did and you got the impression that the animals knew too.

Really enjoyed adopting our cat at the Blue Cross in Hertfordshire. The facilities were clean and welcoming and the staff was friendly and helpful.
