Dogs Trust at Kenilworth was welcoming, professional and friendly and we love the dog we adopted from there. One member of staff was obviously a 'dog' person and not a 'people' person, which, while great for the dogs, did make us feel just a little uncomfortable. But this was a minor point.
The calls we received from other staff regarding the progress of our dog (who wasn't well for a couple of weeks) was excellent. We chatted to some volunteers also, and they were very helpful and informative.
Overall an excellent experience and we'd very much recommend Dogs Trust to other potential adopters.
